Texas 4000 for Cancer celebrates the Ride Launch of the 2025 Team in the World’s Longest Annual Charity Bike Ride on Saturday, May 17, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at UT’s School of Engineering’s Engineering Education and Research Center (EER,) 2501 Speedway, Austin 78712.

Sixty University of Texas students will begin their courageous cycling journey from Austin to Anchorage. The day kicks off with a Rider Dedication Circle at 8:30 AM, followed by the Ceremony at 9:00 AM and the official ride launch south on Speedway at 10:30 AM. Media interviews welcome.
