DESCRIPTION:COME PLAY POLO WITH US!\n\nThe Austin Texas Bike Polo Social Club hosts open Bike Polo matches every Tuesday (Beginners/Rookie Night) at 7pm\, Thursday at 7pm\, and Sundays at noon. When you get to Mendez Recreation Center\, come down the hill at the back to the nice new multi-use Bike Polo Court we were able to get built as part of a City of Austin Neighborhood Partnering Program (NPP) project.\n\nThere’s always a bike/mallet to borrow but please ask ahead of time so we can be sure to have something for you. Please bring a helmet or ask to borrow one. Head over to our Facebook page and send us a message or make a post if you’re looking to play or come visit\, especially if you’d like to borrow a loaner bike!

DESCRIPTION:RBA Thursday departs the Parque Zaragoza Stage at 8:15pm and most rides return to this location.\n\nRoutes are typically 10-15 miles at a social place with park/store breaks.\n\n𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 strives to strengthen the community of people who ride bicycles. We are diverse\, inclusive\, and welcome all that come with a positive attitude and mutual respect for others. We focus on building up leaders who not only serve our organization but also have a heart of service for our community.\n\n𝗥𝗕𝗔/𝗖𝗠𝗔 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 Respect yourself\, each other\, all road users\, parks\, waterways\, and local organizations. Let the leader set the pace that allows us to stay together. Stay to the right side of the road\, stop for red lights\, call out hazards\, and do not litter. Carry your own repair/flat supplies. Be prepared to break off from the ride independently when necessary. Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian. Abide by Austin PARD rules prohibiting consumption of alcohol in public parks Don’t harass others or enable harassers. Stalking\, hate mongering\, and cyberbullying prohibited. Drama free zone. Sensitive or inflammatory topics are easily misunderstood in writing. Don’t type about it\, talk about it! Help foster our safe spaces by respecting our community norms\, reporting harassment\, and treating all with mutual respect.
